Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in freight brokerage, exceptional sales skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers. Youll play a key role in growing our customer base and ensuring seamless transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and other key stakeholders.
• Negotiate rates with clients and carriers to maximize profitability while delivering value to all parties.
• Manage the end-to-end freight process, including quoting, booking, tracking, and troubleshooting shipments.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker or Freight Broker Sales Representative.
• Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in freight brokerage software (e.g., TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
