**A passionate individual with a Cache L3 qualification or higher (or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field, with a Master's degree being advantageous).

**Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or similar role.

**A solid understanding of child development theories and best practices.

**Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with both children and parents.
