We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our growing team and help bring high-impact brand experiences to life.

We specialize in immersive events that captivate audiences and elevate brands. From pop-ups and product launches to experiential campaigns and live activations, our work is all about creating unforgettable moments that connect brands with people in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of live brand events and experiential campaigns
  • Coordinate with clients to understand goals, brand messaging, and event needs
  • Assist with event logistics including setup, breakdown, vendor communication, and scheduling
  • Provide on-site support such as guest check-in, flow coordination, and real-time troubleshooting
  • Prepare event materials: signage, branded giveaways, equipment, and supplies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, logistics, marketing) and third-party partners
  • Gather feedback and assist in post-event analysis and reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure

  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours , including evenings and weekends
