Job Description
Skillforce is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for commercial projects in Appleton and Manitowoc . The ideal concrete finisher has 3+ years of experience, including the use of walk-behind trowel. Pay is $25-$32/hr depending on experience.
Concrete Finisher Job Duties:
Perform concrete finishing tasks, including the use of walk-behind trowels.
Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools.
Work with a variety of surfaces such as floors, sidewalks, driveways, and foundations.
Ensure high-quality finishes with proper texture, appearance, and durability.
Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule and within specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Communicate project progress and potential issues with supervisors.
Concrete Finisher Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of concrete finishing experience, specifically with walk-behind trowels.
Familiarity with various finishing techniques and surface types.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a construction team.
Must follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
