About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Talent Officer (CTO) to lead its Human Resource function during a period of strategic growth. The CTO will be responsible for all HR activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and professional development, and employee relations. This role requires a seasoned leader with a minimum of 5-8 years' senior HR experience, a strong alignment with the company's mission and vision, and a proven track record in building and leading diverse, high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, driving best practices and ensuring that the organization's people, processes, and policies are in line with its values. They will also be tasked with automating key HR functions and leveraging external resources as needed. Key responsibilities for the CTO include overseeing the development and execution of HR systems and policies, assessing and recommending improvements to meet changing organizational needs and fostering a culture of professional development and diversity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, expertise in conflict resolution, and a deep knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements. They will be expected to work closely with department leaders, mentor the HR team, and maintain strong relationships with staff at all levels. The CTO will also be involved in talent development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
