Responsibilities of the Agile Coach: Maintain objectivity regarding issues and troubleshoot them by applying agile principles. Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status. Support teams in resource allocation to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery. Facilitate learning and development among employees through coaching. Coach senior managers in agile practices to promote adoption of best practices. Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and operating models across the organization. Collaborate with the coaching team to develop collateral supporting coaching efforts, including frameworks and matrices. Champion the use of metrics and objective measures by teams. Lead coaching efforts across all levels, from individual contributors to leadership. Conduct daily follow-ups with team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are met. Requirements of the Agile Coach: 6+ years of agile coaching experience and a total of 10+ years of professional experience. Substantial experience with Jira, Kanban, and Lean methodologies. Proven track record of implementing agile techniques in diverse work environments. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement. Strong leadership skills, including communication, servant leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Compensation for the Agile Coach: Salary Range: $65/hour - $72/hour depending on experience.
