As our Administrative Assistant , you'll be a key player in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly, providing critical support to our operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, can work independently, and possesses excellent communication skills. If you’re a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Demonstrable experience with monday.com is a must! You should be comfortable with creating and managing boards and leveraging the platform to track projects and tasks.
